Emma Brenchley
Production Manager
I began at Stonegate 16 years ago in December 1991, when I joined the Lacock packing centre team as a packer. Since my first day at Lacock I have been given the opportunity to achieve a great deal, my responsibility within the packing centre increased when I was made Supervisor, this gave me the incentive to want to achieve more from my role. This dedication and hard work was noticed, and in 2001 I was offered the position of Production Controller. My continuing success within the company has now led me to a further promotion in 2006 to role of Production Manager. I, along with my team, ensure we supply all customers in full all their daily requirements.
Within the last 16 years I have had time out of work to have a family of two, after which I have returned to work, and Stonegate have continued to offer me many varying challenging roles.
Mark Casley
IT Systems Analyst
My journey with Stonegate started in October 2002 when I joined the Lacock packaging department. My duties involved performing daily stock checks to assuring all packaging deliveries were checked in correctly.
Having 6 years previous experience in IT under my belt, I was keen to continue developing these skills, Stonegate then offered me the position of IT Systems Analyst, at which I jumped at the opportunity. Shortly after taking on my new role I assisted in moving all IT systems to the new Lacock Head office when the function relocated from Halisham.
Since my move to Lacock Head office I feel I have had many different challenges to overcome, and lots of exciting projects to deal with. I now hope to further my career within the IT department and look forward to many more stimulating opportunities.
